To ensure the process moves ahead smoothly, all customers must request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning equipment to the Astronautics repair facility.
Please complete the following request and then submit. The information on this RMA Request is required for Astronautics to authorize and process returned equipment. The more detailed your description, the better we can serve you. Once submitted, an auto response with your RMA number and shipping information will be provided.
Please note: Failure to obtain an RMA number before shipping your product to the repair facility will delay the processing of your repair.
