Repair Station Resources

Astronautics Corporation of America is a world leader in the design, manufacture and support of advanced electronic products. Company headquarters, main manufacturing, and support facilities are located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA.

Astronautics has a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified repair station (CRS) that supports Parts Manufacturing Approval (PMA) and Technical Standard Order Authorization (TSOA) approved articles, as well as other Type Certificate (TC) and Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) approved parts. Astronautics’ FAA CRS also has a European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) supplement.

Technical & Product Support/AOG

Astronautics Customer Support team is available to resolve your technical, product, and Aircraft On Ground (AOG) support needs.  Our goal is to delight our customers with prompt, innovative, affordable, and tailored solutions.

Astronautics operates a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, 365 day a year technical, product, and AOG support service.

Maintenance and Repair

The Astronautics Repair Facility is an FAA and EASA approved Repair Station located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Astronautics’ Repair Station supports TSO and PMA products as well as other STC and TC parts.

Repair Status
To check the status of your repair equipment in the Astronautics Repair Station, contact our Customer Support team at customerservice@astronautics.com. Please provide the equipment RMA number, part number, and serial number when requesting status.

Spares & Loaners

Astronautics maintains inventory of both spares and loaner/consignment units to support our customers’ operational requirements.
